My partner and I came to this dealership casually looking at a VW Tiguan to test drive. We didn’t have to buy - it was more of a whim. We met with Josh Philips, who we loved immediately. He was down to earth and not pressuring at all - totally understood what we were looking for and was extremely friendly. We left and test drove a few other brands of cars and ultimately returned to Diehl when we knew we wanted the Tiguan. After some reasonable back and forth on trade in price for my existing car, Josh and another gentleman, Corey, helped us get down to a number that we were happy with paying for a monthly payment. I seriously cannot express how much fun we had in this experience. We had great conversation with these individuals while also getting exactly what we wanted in a car and trade in value. Couldn’t speak more highly of this group of people. Go to Diehl!

Always excellent and friendly service at Diehl. Service dept consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my car.

The concern with my car was fixed and it’s working fine. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I got my car towed here after a mechanical error and the car wouldn’t run. I have a 2012 Passat TDI and have had absolutely no issue with it. Came to find out that the module that the car runs off of was completely shot. they also found other things that were going bad and replaced them after letting me know. For all the work they ended up having to do, it wasnt that expensive. For all VW owners, I would suggest taking your vehicle here!

Went in for state Inspection and they had me in and out in 50 minutes. Great fast service, will return.

I've been servicing my VW Atlas here and the staff is always friendly and they communicate well and frequently while waiting. They use texting which is a nice modern touch. Receive great service even though the vehicle itself was purchased at a different dealer!

Took my car in on time all 3 times I have visited recently and finished the work in the time estimated. A bit disappointing that the dealer would not replace my tires which have excessive road rumble after only 15,000 miles. They told me I should have been rotating my tires every 5,000 miles so they denied my claim. I haven’t yet been able to find that requirement in my owners manual. Then they charged me $40 today for road testing the car to investigate this. Kind of ruined an otherwise decent experience

I received a letter from Volkswagen about an emissions module recall on my 2018 VW Tiguan. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, I had to leave a voicemail. Braden called me back within 2 hours and set up the appointment for a few days later. When I showed up for the appointment, I was a little early, but they took my car right in. When I checked in with Braden at the service desk, I decided that I wanted an oil change also. He said it would be no problem to do that also and it would take about 1 1/2 hours total. Both jobs were done within an hour!

The staff at Diehl is by far the best I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I was able to talk to the mechanics working on my vehicle and with that interaction the mechanics were able to pinpoint the problem I was there to get fixed. The interaction with those dealerships "mechanics" usually resulted in one word answers that conveyed they weren't really interested in answering my specific questions. #&ck that!!! I own a business and if my employees treated my customers like that they would be gone. At Diehl customer service is priority and it shows.

Highly recommend the friendly service department at Diehl. I was a first-time customer and they went above and beyond to ensure the issue I was having with my car was properly handled in a timely fashion. I trust their knowledge and expertise and will be servicing my vehicle with Diehl from here on out.

I was very impressed with the service at Diehl Volkswagen. The day I brought it in they called me with an estimate which was much less than I thought I was going to be. The car was fixed the next day and in these Covid times I can’t tell you how long I’ve had to wait for service to be performed at multiple businesses. I highly recommend deal for their service.
